Batteries (Battery Act)

Batteries don't belong in household waste. You are required by law to return them – free of charge in our stores or at municipal collection points. The crossed-out bin symbol means: not household waste. Pb, Cd and Hg below it stand for lead, cadmium and mercury.

Electrical equipment (WEEE)

Old devices don't belong in household waste. When you buy a new device we take back a similar old one free of charge; small devices (no side over 25 cm) even without a purchase. Delete your personal data before returning and remove batteries where that is possible without breaking the device.

Packaging (Packaging Act)

We are registered in the LUCID packaging register (registration number: see legal notice).
